Distribution by Licence Price

What it shows

This visualization shows the distribution of licences over time, categorized by:

• Price tier (Free, 15 CHF, 30 CHF, 50 CHF, etc.)
• Licence type (Yearly, Extend, Offer, Free)
• Expiration status (Active vs. Expiring soon)

Definitions

Licence types:

• Yearly - Standard annual licence
• Extend - Extension of an existing licence
• Offer - Promotional or gifted licence
• Free - Complimentary licence (first acquisition, international players for PSA events, etc.)

Price tiers:

Expiring licences

Licences marked as "Expiring" (in pale colors) are those with an end date between today and December 31st of the current year. These require renewal before the deadline to maintain active status.

Note: Event-specific licences are excluded from the expiring count.

How data is aggregated

• One entry per licence per year: Each licence activation is counted in the year it starts
• Grouping logic: Licences are grouped by year, price, and type
• Historical view: Data available from 2015 onwards

Data scope

Filters:

• International, Gender, and Club

Exclusions:

• Licences without a start date
• Event-specific licences (temporary tournament licences)
• Licences created before 2015
• Federation clubs (Swiss Squash, PSA)
